I do not like Miracle Whip so used Best Foods Mayo and it was great. Tripled the mustard but used Dijon instead. Also added some garlic powder. Everyone loved it - a big hit!

My grandma always used half mayo and half miracle whip. It was a great combo. I don’t usually but I might have to pick up a jar for old time sake!

Just made this, super yummy! I added some cut up pickle, garlic powder, onion powder, parsley, and used dijon mustard. Turned out awesome. I cut up the potatoes before cooking and it was fine!

I have made this potato salad twice now. It is good. I used Yukon gold first time and second time just used white regular. They were both fine. I did not add celery, didn’t have any, would add it just didn’t have on hand, doubled the dressing and used half mayo, half miracle whip. Solid recipe to use again and again

Use this as my bad recipe...but add twice the celery, lots of sweet pickle and a couple extra hard boiled eggs. Excellent!
